1. First remove the sludge on the surface of broken screw head, then use the central brass to kill the center of the section, and then install a 6-8mm diameter drill with an electric drill to drill holes in the center of the section. Pay attention to the holes must be drilled through. After drilling through the hole, take off the small bit and replace it with a 16mm diameter bit. Continue to expand the hole of the broken bolt and drill through it.
2. Take the electrode less than 3.2mm in diameter, use small and medium current to surfacing in the borehole of broken bolt, from inside to outside, and take half of the whole length of bolt at the beginning of surfacing. When surfacing is started, the arc starting should not be too long to avoid burning through the outer wall of the broken bolt. After surfacing to the upper end of the broken bolt, a cylinder with a diameter of 14-16 mm and a height of 8-10 mm is further surfacing.
3. After surfacing, hammer the end face with a hammer to make the broken bolt vibrate along its axis. Because of the heat generated by the arc before and the subsequent cooling, coupled with the vibration at this time, it will cause loosening between the broken bolt and the threads of the body.
4. After careful observation, when a trace of rust leaks from the fracture after knocking, M18 nut sleeve can be taken and welded on the stud of surfacing welding.
5. After welding, use plum wrench gloves when it is cool and hot, twist around the nut, or hit the end of the nut with a small hammer while twisting back and forth, so that the broken bolt can be taken out.
6. After removing the broken bolt, the thread in the rack is processed once with a suitable hammer to remove the rust and other impurities in the hole.
